1. Services Provided

We offer design and development of static websites (no login or complex functionality), including but not limited to:

• Wedding invitation websites
• Restaurant menus
• Informational websites
• Event pages
• Printable PDFs (menus, flyers, invitations)

2. Project Process

Work begins after receiving a 50% deposit.
The client must provide all necessary content (text, images, details).
Revisions are limited to [2–3] rounds (unless otherwise agreed).Final delivery is made after full payment is received.

3. Delivery & Formats

• Websites are delivered fully functional and mobile-responsive.
• Printable designs are delivered in  PDF format.
• Hosting and domain setup assistance is available upon request.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin.
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion before final delivery.
• All prices are agreed in writing before work starts.
• No refunds on completed work or digital products.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions and content.
• Respond to messages and feedback requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure they have the right to use all submitted materials (e.g., photos, logos, texts).

6. Intellectual Property

• We retain the right to showcase the final product in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise).
• Custom designs created by us may not be resold or reused without permission.

7. Revisions & Updates

• We offer minor updates within [7–14 days] after delivery (text/image changes).
• Larger updates or redesigns may incur an additional fee.

8. Cancellation Policy

• If canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued.
• If work has already started, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If canceled after delivery, full payment is still required.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Hosting issues after delivery (unless we host it for you).
• Downtime caused by third-party services (domain providers, hosts).
• Any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete content provided by the client.
