2. What data we collect

• From clients: name, email address, phone number (as provided via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp).
• From invitee lists: names of guests to be included in invitations.
• Optional: photos or other content provided for publishing on invitations or on the website.

3. Purpose of processing

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the requested services (e.g., custom invitations)
• Keep a record of orders and communication in case of follow-up requests

4. How data is stored and for how long

• Personal data submitted via the contact form is stored securely through Formspark and in our email/WhatsApp records
  
• Completed designs, including any guest names or personal data provided by clients, are stored using Git for version control and backup purposes. This ensures the project can be safely preserved and restored if needed. Access is limited to the Service Provider.
• Completed invitation designs, including guest names or personal data provided by clients, may be delivered in Webflow or Canva. The Service Provider uses these platforms solely to create, store, and share designs and is not responsible for third-party issues arising from these platforms.
• Data is retained for a maximum of 2 years, unless the client requests earlier deletion.
• After this period, the data will be permanently deleted.

5. Data disclosure

• Guest names included on invitations may appear online if invitations are shared via an accessible link (anyone with the link may view it). I am not responsible for any consequences related to the publication of guest names provided by you.
• Unless otherwise requested, we may use completed invitation designs (including names) as part of our portfolio or for publicity purposes.
• If you do not want your designs used for publicity, please inform us and we will respect your request.
• We are not responsible for how clients further share invitations or other content online.

6. Data processors

We use Formspark to process contact form submissions. Formspark acts as a data processor and only processes data on our behalf. No other third parties will receive your personal data, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., printing invitations if requested).

7. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Contractual necessity – to prepare and deliver the ordered invitations.
• Consent – when you choose to provide additional content (e.g. photos) or to share invitations via a public link.
• Legitimate interest: to showcase completed designs in our portfolio or for publicity (unless you object)

8. Your rights under GDPR

Processing is based on:

• Access your data,
• Request correction or deletion,
• Limit or object to processing,
• Withdraw your consent at any time,
• Lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Hosting issues after delivery (unless we host it for you).
• Downtime caused by third-party services (domain providers, hosts).
• Any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete content provided by the client.

• Our websites are public and do not include login or restricted access unless otherwise agreed.

• Do not share sensitive or private information unless you are comfortable with it being publicly accessible.
